Voodoo (13 M.O | M)
FINDING A FAMILY FOR VOODOO
Voodoo originally came to us as a pair, with his sister Jinx. After a thorough assessment during time spent in foster care, it became apparent that these siblings were more comfortable and relaxed when separated from each other.
Voodoo is 13 months old, and a sensitive soul, who has had limited exposure to the outside world. He can be a little nervous around strangers, and can take a little while to warm up, but once he knows you’re a friend, just try keeping him out of your lap!
We are looking for an understanding and compassionate forever home; a family who understand that Voodoo sees the world as a little scary right now, and he will need help improving his confidence, and learning how to cope with new situations.
Voodoo absolutely adores other dogs, and would love to have a confident doggy sibling in his new home to help him relax when he is a little unsure, and keep him company when his humans aren’t at home. Voodoo is still a young boisterous boy; when he is feeling confident he is quite playful and doesn’t always realise his size. Due to this, Voodoo is best suited to a home without children or small animals. Voodoo has been undertaking training at Homestead Kennels and has been working on his basic commands. He’s a smart cookie who loves to learn, and we know that with continued training and lots of exercise, this intelligent young lad will thrive.
If you think you could be the patient and understanding new Mum or Dad that this snuggly young man deserves, then please fill out an Adoption Application online via our website, or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are already on our waiting list. Voodoo would love to give you a White Christmas, and can’t wait to hear from you!
